Last weekend, I was lucky enough to host a barre class at Pink Barre with the lovely Kelly from Kale Me Kelly. Mallory was our instructor, she was so fun while kicking our butt at the same time. I had not been to Pink Barre before, now I am wondering why?? It is the perfect workout, not to intense but intense enough to feel a burn the next day. My favorite part is how they include stretches between sets. I also just want to brag on the Buckhead Pink Barre studio, it is so welcoming, clean, and inspiring. And thanks to baí, we were spoiled after our workout with antioxidant juices. They are all delicious, I am now hooked on the Gimbi Pink Grapefruit.
